Be the owner of Beacon’s forecast model and drive the supporting analysis to tell impactful and data-driven stories on Beacon’s current and future performance to internal and external stakeholders.

What you’ll do

• Building & refining financial models in order to build a robust forecast of Beacon’s growth projections.
• Collaborating with Sales & Marketing teams to have a solid grasp of how our customer acquisition funnel works, so that we can build excellent analysis to track progress of customer conversion.
• Working to drive the narrative and storytelling of Beacon’s business performance to multiple audiences – both internally & externally.
• We need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well. Balancing those can be challenging, and this should be a strength.
• Providing the supporting analysis for investor discussions and future fundraising.
• Support teams across the business in developing robust KPIs and build frameworks to ensure consistent alignment across the business.

What you’ll need

• Minimum of 5 years of strategy and financial modelling experience. Likely from a mix of investment banking or consulting combined with SaaS startup experience.
• Impeccable Excel / GSheets financial modelling skills are essential. 
• Strong PowerPoint / GSlides skills are also desired.
• Balance attention to detail with swift execution.
• Strong communication, organisational and project management skills will be critical.
• SQL and/or Python is a bonus, but not essential.
