Own Beacon’s growth marketing strategy – drive increased brand awareness and conversion of leads through effective B2B multichannel marketing campaigns.

What you’ll do

• Partner with our Sales team to develop and deliver on our go-to-market strategy.
• Develop and deliver integrated multichannel (e.g. email & LinkedIn) B2B marketing campaigns focusing on lead generation, lead acceleration and brand awareness.
• Develop Beacon’s approach to lifecycle email marketing to utilise engaging content to guide prospects through the stages of the buying cycle building intent and interest for Beacon’s products.
• Optimise our website content to drive target customer traffic and increase conversions.
• Report & analyse the effectiveness and ROI of all marketing initiatives, in collaboration with our partner agencies.
• Manage and mentor other members of the Marketing team.

What you’ll need

• Track record of being a marketing leader with B2B SaaS industry experience.
• Experience of working at a high growth or scaling business having implemented a successful lead generation marketing plan.
• Experience & familiarity with managing HubSpot’s Marketing suite of tools.
• A self-starter who is looking for a fresh challenge and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. You will be comfortable balancing attention to detail with swift execution.
