What do you need from us to get going?

Three things: Freight invoices, the contracts they were billed against, and your shipment data. One 30 minute call and we will tell you exactly which exports to pull.

How is this different from a freight audit service?

Freight audit is usually a two-way match of invoice against contract, run on a sample by a third party. Beacon reconciles your invoices and matches against the shipment as well, so we catch charges that were correctly rated but should never have been raised.

How often does tracking information update?

Real-time as carriers push updates. When a carrier updates an ETA or container status, Beacon reflects it immediately. No manual refreshing required.

Will this work if our contracts have been amended through the year?

Yes, and that is usually where the errors are. Beacon reconciles against the amendments as well as the original contract.
