Building on the platform's existing shipment tracking capabilities, Order Tracking and Collaboration extends visibility upstream in the supply chain, allowing users to seamlessly manage pre-shipment workflows. Cloud-based shared workspaces (Live Boards), simplify the exchange of order information and documents between shippers, suppliers, and forwarders, helping businesses keep orders on track while reducing the risk of administrative delays.

These dashboards enable collaboration not only on live shipments but also on purchase orders before transport begins. This streamlines the many interactions between shippers, suppliers, and forwarders needed to prepare and ship orders. With these new capabilities, tasks like agreeing on shipment schedules, exchanging cargo ready dates, sharing documents, and coordinating pickups or drop-offs can all be managed seamlessly in one place, with the information made readily available to all who need it.
